We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• you receive a damaged product
• you receive the wrong item

To request a return/exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind
• slight color differences due to lighting
• used or damaged items after delivery

Approved exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.
